The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants- Idarish, Imran, Furqan, Smt. Naseem and Sayen with the prayer to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding as well as charge-sheet dated 10.09.2020 & cognizance / summoning order dated 08.06.2021 in Case No. 277 of 2021 (State of U.P. Vs. Idarish & others) arising out of Crime No. 0184 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 354(B), 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C. (Against women Crime) / Judicial Magistrate, Mathura with a further prayer that proceedings of the aforesaid case be stayed against the applicants during the pendency of the present application.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants are already on bail. He further states that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall raise all the objections before the trial court.
