In compliance of the Court's dated 28.02.2023, the trial court has transmitted the certified copy of the compromise deed dated 13.03.2023 and the certified copy of the order sheet dated 27.03.2023 to this Court.
The parties have arrived at a compromise. In light of order dated 28.02.2023 compromise between parties has been verified by the trial court. The certified copies of the compromise deed alongwith the certified copy of order sheet dated 27.03.2023 have been transmitted to this Court by the trial court. In the order-sheet, it has been mentioned that this compromise deed had been accepted by the parties before the court. The verification order also exists on the back of the compromise deed. The compromise deed of the parties is accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the order-sheet dated 27.03.2023 shall form part of the order.
As the compromise deed of the parties has been accepted by this Court, so the entire proceedings of Case No.669 of 2019 (State Vs. Aman Pandit and others) arising out of Case Crime No.407 of 2015, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 286 I.P.C., Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Allahabad, are hereby quashed.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, thus, allowed .
