Learned counsel for the applicants is present.

In compliance of the Court's order dated 09.01.2023, the trial court has transmitted the photocopy of the compromise deed dated 07.02.2023, photocopy of the verification order dated 07.02.2023 passed thereon, photocopy of the affidavit of Roshni/ victim and the order sheet dated 07.02.2023 alongwith the covering letter dated 14.02.2023. In the covering letter, it has been mentioned that the parties have arrived at a compromise and their compromise has been verified by the court concerned vide order dated 07.02.2023.

The dispute is matrimonial and the compromise between the parties would not affect the society adversely. The compromise between the parties in the light of this Court's order dated 09.01.2023 has been verified by the trial court, hence, the photocopy of the compromise deed dated 07.02.2023 and the photocopy of the verification order dated 07.02.2023 passed thereon alongwith affidavit of the victim are accepted. All these documents shall form part of the order.

As the parties have arrived at a compromise and the verified compromise deed has been accepted by this Court, hence, the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1609/2019, State Versus Vishalpuri and others, arising out of Case Crime No.0287/ 2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kakadev, District Kanpur Nagar, are hereby quashed.

The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, thus, allowed .
