Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early disposal of Complaint Case No.07 of 2022 (Anuradha Agrawal vs. Madhurya Alankar and others) under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 Police Station Section 39 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before the Court of Civil Judge, (J.D.)/FTC Gautam Budh Nagar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid matter is pending till date, no final decision has been taken. Prayer has been made to direct the court below to pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

Learned AGA has no objection to the aforesaid prayer as made by learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this application pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.

Considering the fact and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
