- Heard counsel for the petitioner. Nobody is present on behalf of respondent.
- The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"A. Issue an order or direction to set aside the Impugned order dated 21.02.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amroha in P.A. Case No.3 of 2021 as well as the Order dated 18.05.2023 passed in Rent Control Appeal No. 18 of 2023."
- Today when the matter is taken up, a supplementary affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner which is sworn by the son of the petitioner, the same is taken on record.
- It is stated in paragraph-2 of the aforesaid affidavit that parties have already been entered into compromise on 20.06.2023, copy of which is appended as Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. It is further argued that pursuant to the aforesaid, the possession in question has already been handed over to the landlord.
