Heard Sri Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer sought by the applicant is to direct the court below to expedite the complaint case no. 397 of 2021 (Sachin Mathur Vs. M/s ARK Infrastructure) under Section 138 N.I. within stipulated period.

Contention raised by the counsel that the complaint case was instituted on 19.11.2020. There was an immense irregularity in the court proceeding on account of COVID pandemic and as such the court concerned could not decide the case at early stage.

I have perused the order sheet and since the matter is pending since 19.11.2020, it is expected from the learned trial court to gear up and considered the case as priority basis and decide the same as early as possible without granting unreasonable, unwarranted and long adjournment to either of the parties.

With this observation, the present application stands dispose of.
