The applicant is a practising Advocate and is praying to expedite the matter pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Allahabad.
Since, the applicant is a practising advocate and he wants to exploit his position as an Advocate and wants to break the queue.
The matter is of the year 2022 and I do not find any good reason to give special treatment to the applicant.
Accordingly, the present application is devoid of merit and accordingly, stands dismissed.
