Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The only prayer sought the applicant through this 482 application is that direction may be given to the concerned court to decide the special seasons trial number 106 of 2009 (State Vs Pintu @ Shahbul and others) arising out of case crime no. 191 of 2009 under Section 136 of the Electricity Act and section 411 I.P.C. P.S. Bhojpur, District Ghaziabad.
The applicant is consumer and seeking the aforesaid matter should be decided on priority basis.
Keeping in view the matter is pending since 2009, it is expected from the Special Judge (EC Act) to decide the case end of this year, if the applicant undertake that he will actively participate and would not take unnecessary adjournment.
With this observation the present 482 application stands disposed of .
