Hon'ble Vikram D. Chauhan,J.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present application has been filed challenging the notice dated 28.9.2022 by which a show cause notice has been issued to the applicant as to why bond may not be executed for maintaining peace and tranquility.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to file reply in response to the show cause notice dated 28.9.2022.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file reply to the show cause notice 28.9.2022. In case any such reply is filed, the same shall be considered by the authority concerned prior to proceeding against the applicant.
