Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State-respondent.

The applicants has preferred the present Application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the charge sheet dated 24.7.2022 as well as summoning order dated 18.8.2022 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Etawah in Case Crime No.24 of 2020, State Vs. Indrapal Singh and others, under Sections 34, 307, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Barhpura, District Etawah.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays that the applicant be permitted to move appropriate application before the Court concerned as provided under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C.

This prayer has not been opposed by the learned A.G.A.

¶9

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants are permitted to appear before the concerned court within 15 days from today and move an application under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. claiming discharge. The concerned court shall after hearing the counsel decide the application on merits, in accordance with law expeditiously.

For a period of 30 days, no coercive action will be taken against the applicants.

With the above observations, this application stands disposed of.
