The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants- Verma Singh and Awdhesh Singh @ Chhanu Singh with the prayer to stay the operation of order dated 27.09.2022 passed by Special Judge S.C. / S.T. Act IInd Addl. Session Judge, Farrukhabad in Criminal Revision No. 96 / 2009 (Verma Singh vs. State of U.P.) as well as the order dated 03..05.2019 passed by the Additional Deputy District Magistrate, Sadar, Farrukhabad in Case No. 01 of 2016 under Section 145 Cr.P.C. (Omlata vs. Verma Singh) Police Station Kamalganj, District Farrukhabad with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the said case.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition.
As prayed, the present the present application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
