Heard Ms. Anamika Chopra, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The instant application has been preferred by the applicant seeking a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to conclude and decide the proceedings of Misc. Case No. 571 of 2019 (Aryaman Chopra Vs. Gaurav Mehta), under Section 340 Cr.P.C., P.S. Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before it.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed an application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. read with Section 195 Cr.P.C., which is pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar since October, 2019.

The order-sheet filed along with the application shows that there are to many uncalled for adjournments.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Misc. Case No. 571 of 2019 (Aryaman Chopra Vs. Gaurav Mehta), under Section 340 Cr.P.C. read with Section 195 of Cr.P.C. expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
