1. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2. The instant application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Case No.485 of 2022 (Preeti and others Vs. Rahul Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kishni, District Mainpuri pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri.

Perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter has been pending for one year and the wife has not been granted any maintenance including interim maintenance. She has two minor children to take care of.

Learned A.G.A. has not objection if the matter is directed to be decided expeditiously. He, however, points out that as per order sheet the opposite parties are present before the Court below.

Considering the facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant application is disposed of with direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri to decide the Case No.485 of 2022 (Preeti and others Vs. Rahul Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kishni, District Mainpuri pending before it on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either side.
