At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some inadvertent mistake certain prayers and pleadings are left to be incorporated in the present writ petition, hence he does not want to press the present writ petition and prays for dismissal of the same as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
