1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1. Sri Brijendra Singh, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 3.
3. The petitioner claims that while holding the post of Motor Pump Attendant, which is a Class-IV post, he retired from service on 30.04.2023 but entire post retiral dues of the petitioner has not been paid. The petitioner has repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire retiral dues but no payment has been made till date.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
