Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present petition as the dispute involved in the present petition is between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 for which no relief can be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy as permissible under the law.
As prayed, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as permissible under the law.
