This Court by means of the order dated 22.09.2023, after hearing the parties, found that it was a fit case for being referred for arbitration and had proposed the name of Sri K.K. Sharma, (Retd.) District Judge R/o A-409, G.C. Empire Estate, Mall Avenue, Lucknow Pin Code- 226001 Mobile No. 7060532700 to act as an arbitrator and had sought his consent.
The office report dated 17.10.2023 indicates that the consent has been received.
Accordingly, in light of the order dated 22.09.2023, the Court appoints Sri K.K. Sharma, (Retd.) District Judge R/o A-409, G.C. Empire Estate, Mall Avenue, Lucknow Pin Code- 226001 Mobile No. 7060532700, as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law.
The Senior Registrar of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Sri K.K. Sharma, (Retd.) District Judge R/o A-409, G.C. Empire Estate, Mall Avenue, Lucknow Pin Code- 226001 Mobile No. 7060532700 , who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed .
