Pursuant to last order, learned Standing Counsel has brought on record further written instructions. The same has been marked as "Z-1" and retained on record. Perusal of those written instructions reveals, balance amount of Rs. 53,929/- has been recovered by District Collector upon auction proceedings dated 10.5.2022. That recoverable amount is also stated to have been deposited with Deputy Labour Commissioner, Saharanpur, on 17.5.2022.
In view of such statement made, no cause of action survives.
Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. The money thus deposited by the respondent may be released forthwith in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
