At the outset, Sri Anurag Upadhyaya learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the present writ petition, the dispute has been settled between the parties and the entire amount has been paid to the respondent bank to its satisfaction. Even No Dues Certificate has been received by the petitioner.
Sri Pankaj Srivastava learned counsel for the respondent bank has no objection.
In view of the above, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
