The impugned order is dated 16.11.2017. The writ petition was first presented on 07.02.2022. Even if the period effected by Corona i.e. 15 March, 2020 to 28 March, 2022 is ignored, the writ petition suffers from laches.
Also, it cannot be denied that the order impugned is appellable.
Accordingly, interference claimed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is declined. The writ petition is dismissed , leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appeal remedies, in accordance with law.
