Undisputedly, the petitioner is respondent in Appeal No. 289 (Ram Chandra vs. Bhola Prasad and others filed under Sections 210 of U.P. Lant Revenue Act, 1901.
Inasmuch as, the appeal has been filed recently and there is no interim order operating against the petitioner, no ground is made out to issue any direction to expedite the appeal proceedings at this stage. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority to seek disposal of the appeal, the present petition is disposed of.
