Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents through video conferencing.
On the last occasion i.e. 17.12.2021, Court has passed following order;
"On being instructions received, it is submitted by learned Standing counsel that the next date in Case No. 01353 of 2021 (computer Case No. 202102500201353) is fixed 10th January, 2022 and undertakes on that date, case will be decided finally.
Put up this matter again on 19th January, 2022 as fresh."
Learned standing counsel submitted that he has no instruction as to whether decision has been taken or not.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that today i.e. 19.01.2022 is the date fixed for final hearing.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 1 that in case, mutation proceeding is not decided today i.e. 19.01.2022, the same shall be decided maximum within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order considering the provisions of Sections 34 & 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as U.P. Revenue Code Rules 2016.
