Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents through vedio conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that restoration application has already been decided vide order dated 22.12.2021. He next submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh challening the order dated 22.12.2021 as well as impugned order dated 5.9.2019 for which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
