Heard Sri D.B. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
The present petition seeks to raise certain grievance with regard to correction of map which is subject matter of an appeal filed by the petitioner pending before the respondent no.2.
Having regard to the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that a stay application has been filed in the pending appeal and seeks indulgence for a direction to the appellate court to decide the same on the next date fixed i.e. 2.11.2022.
It goes without saying that it would be open to the petitioner to press his stay application before the court where the same is pending and it would be expected of the appellate court to accord consideration to the same and pass an appropriate order thereon.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
