Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the office of District Magistrate, Chandauli dated 12.09.2022 is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record and copy of the instruction is also provided to the counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 07.04.2022 and 20.05.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Chandauli.
A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that there are the only notices issued and in case the petitioner will submit a reply, the respondents consider the same and pass appropriate order.
Heard counsel for the parties.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally, permitting the petitioner to submit a reply in response to the aforesaid notices before the concerned competent authority along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks ' from today. If such reply is filed the concerned competent authority will pass appropriate order on the same, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of such reply, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, unless there is no legal impediment.
