The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.05.2014 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.29884 of 2014.
Today when the matter was taken up, it is very fairly stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application has now become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
