Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the private-respondents.
The only prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the substitution application dated 17.02.2016 filed in Revision No. 172 of 2012-2013, Computer Case No.C2012010000702 (Savitri Devi and others vs. Pyare Lal and others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
