Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 29.07.2022 received from the office of District Magistrate, Shamli placed before the Court, the same is taken on record.
After going through the aforesaid instructions, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that the relief as sought in the present petition has already been granted, therefore, the present petition becomes infractuous.
Since the relief as prayed in the present petition has already been granted, therefore, the present petition having become infrauctious.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infractuous.
