Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions states that the respondent-workman has received his dues/award and an application to this effect was submitted by him in the office of Regional Manager, Kanpur. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous and same may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
However, it is made clear that in case any substantial right/claim of the respondent-workman survives, he may move recall application.
