By this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the legality of reference referred by State Government. During pendency of this writ petition an award had been passed by the concerned labour court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that now he does not wish to press this petition any more. He wants to defend the award which is in his favour and against the workman.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
