The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the notice dated 06.06.2022 issued by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Aliganj, District Etah, copy of which is appended as annexure 6 to the writ petition.
After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition with liberty to file his objections against the aforesaid notice.
This prayer has not been opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.
Prayer made is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
