The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.4.2022 passed by respondent no.3 intimating cancellation of candidature of the petitioner for retail outlet at location Babina Cantonment Park to Junction Point of Jhansi - Lalitpur, National Highway, NH44, District Jhansi, Type of Site-DC-Type of R.O. Regular - Open Category and for a further direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.5.2022 within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 Sri Rakesh Pathak states that the representation of the petitioner will be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner only presses the alternative relief for decision on the representation of the petitioner.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.5.2022 within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photo-copy of the representation.

It is clarified that in case any third party interest has already come into existence, the instant order will be of no avail.
