The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.5.2022 within a stipulated time frame. The prayer made in the representation is for refunding the money deposited by the petitioner with the respondents or in the alternative, allot some other plot in lieu of the shortage of land already allotted.
Sri Utkarsh Birla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3 does not oppose the prayer.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.5.2022 by means of a speaking order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a true attested copy of the instant order alongwith photo copy of the representation dated 17.05.2022.
