Learned counsel for the respondent Electricity Department points out that such a dispute can be raised under paragraph 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005, which is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.
Consequently, we dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in the manner provided under paragraph 6.5 of the Code, 2005.
