The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 23.4.2022 passed by District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee constituted under the Government Order dated 28.2.2011.
Learned standing counsel submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner has remedy of filing appeal before the Regional Level Committee under the Chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner constituted by Government Order dated 27.1.2011, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Consequently, we decline to entertain the challenge and relegate the petitioner to the alternative remedy available before the Regional Level Committee.
