The prayer prayed for reads as follows:-
(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent concerned to entertain and decide the representations dated 20.04.2022 of the petitioner in accordance with law within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and ensure the hassle-free movement of the petitioner anywhere in District Kushinagar.
We direct the officer concerned to consider this petition also as representation and decide along with representation dated 20th April, 2022 after hearing all the parties on or before 31st July, 2022.
With the aforesaid observations, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.
