Heard Ms. Sristhi Gupta, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Karikeya Saran, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.
The petitioner has filed the present withdrawal application which is duly supported by an affidavit of the son of the petitioner in which it is stated in paragraph no.5 of the affidavit that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition as such the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Cause shown is sufficient.
Application is allowed.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
