Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has preferred Revision No.2513 of 2022-23 (Narendra Nath Pandey Vs. Beni Madhav), under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code alongwith stay application before the Board of Revenue, Allahabad and only notices have been issued thereon.
This writ petition is disposed of directing the Board of Revenue aforesaid to decide the revision within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Till then, the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the nature, character and possession over the suit property.
