Today in compliance of earlier order dated 16.11.2022 of this Court, personal affidavit of Sri Adya Prasad Singh, respondent no.4, has been filed, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not wishes to press prayer no.1 and has only prayed that respondent no.2, District Deputy Director of Consolidation/ District Magistrate/ Collector, Azamgarh, may be directed to decide the Revision No.D202215060001572 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 aforesaid to decide the aforesaid revision within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
