The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation dated 24.8.2022, whereby he remanded the case of the petitoner to the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Fatehpur, to decide the dispute between the parties.
Declining any interference with the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, this Court hereby directs the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Fatehpur, to decide the case of the petitioner as per the remand order dated 24.8.2022 of Settlement Officer of Consolidation, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
This writ petition is disposed of.
