Learned Standing Counsel has filed personal affidavit of Sri Sanjay Kumar Vishwas, Consolidation Officer, Kushinagar, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court against the pendency of his restoration application dated 8.12.2014 filed before the court of Consolidation Officer, Padrauna, District Kushinagar.
In compliance of earlier order dated 18.11.2022 of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has filed personal affidavit of Sri Sanjay Kumar Vishwas, Consolidation Officer, Kushinagar, wherein it has been stated that the restoration application of the petitioner has been decided. Copy of the order has been annexed with the affidavit as Annexure No.3.
In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. No further order is required to pass in this petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
