Counsel for the respondents has pointed out that three revisions were decided with regard to the same dispute between the parties and three writ petitions were preferred against the same impugned order being Writ - B Nos. 287 of 2021 and 299 of 2021 which have already been dismissed.
This writ petition also dismissed in terms of the earlier dismissal order passed in the aforesaid writ petition.
This writ petition stands dismissed .
