Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to grant first and second Assured Career Promotion to her on successful completion of 10 years and 16 years of service and to pay her arrears of salary with interest, with a further prayer to direct respondents to pay annual increment due on July 2020 and July 2021 along with all retiral benefits with interest as also pay pension every month.
A further prayer to direct the respondents to decide pending claim of the petitioner within a stipulated time has also also been made.
Learned counsel for the petitioner , after arguing for some time, submits that it will be suffice if the pending representation of the petitioner is decided by competent authority, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, without entering into merit of the case, the petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to competent authority within three weeks from today. In case such a representation is submitted within the aforesaid stipulated time, the competent authority shall consider and decide it expeditiously, by passing a
reasoned and speaking order within the next three months.
