Heard Mr. Dhannajai Pratap, the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 to 7.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for petitioner contends that since prayer made for by means of present writ petition is not appropriate, therefore, liberty be granted to petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
