At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh giving better particulars and details. and with proper array of parties.
Prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
