Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Miss Bushra Mariyam, learned counsel for respondent.
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner contends that there are inherent mistakes in the present writ petition, which cannot be cured by filing an amendment application or a supplementary affidavit. He, therefore, contends that present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Prayer made for is not opposed by learned counsel representing respondent.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
