Heard Mr. Yogendra Pal Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 to 5.
Petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents to transfer the PRAN No. 110057574449 of petitioner from District Moradabad to District Jhansi.
Present writ petition came up for admission on 9.5.2022 and this Court passed the following order:
"Heard Mr. Yogendra Pal Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
In view of averments made in paragraph 12 of the petition, learned Standing Counsel is directed to obtain specific instructions in the matter.
Matter shall reappear as fresh on 23.5.2022. "
Pursuant to above order, learned Standing Counsel has received instructions in the mater, which have been placed before Court. Same are taken on record.
On the basis of instructions so received, learned Standing Counsel contends that grievance of petitioner stands redressed.
Learned counsel for petitioner does not oppose the submissions urged by learned Standing Counsel.
In view of above, no cause of action survives in present writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is consigned to record.
