Heard Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent-1 and Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for respondents- 2 and 3.

At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner contends that he permitted to correct the description of respondent-2.

Prayer made is bonafide. Accordingly same is allowed.

Let necessary correction in the description of respondent-2, as occurring in cause title of present writ petition be carried out during the course of the day.

Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the report dated 20.1.2022 submitted by respondent-2 to the Registrar (Judicial) (Inspection), High Court, Allahabad.

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondents-2 and 3 contends that claim of petitioner for promotion on the post of Chief Administrative Officer of Mathura Judgeship has already been rejected by promotion committee on 19.8.2021, which is on record at page 63 of the paper book. The order dated 19.8.2021 has become final for want of challenge. In view of above, present writ petition is misconceived and is not maintainable. Same is therefore liable to be dismissed.

When confronted with above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

Prayer made for is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel as well as learned Counsel representing respondents- 2 and 3.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
