The instant writ petition has been filed for direction to the concerned respondent to re-evaluate the question nos. 24 and 25 of the petitioner in U.P. TET Examination, 2021 (Primary Level) held on 23.01.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned respondent re-evaluated the question nos. 24 and 25 and awarded two marks for such questions and as a result thereof, the petitioner qualified the U.P. TET Examination, 2021 (Primary Level) held on 23.01.2022.
In such view of the matter, the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted by the concerned respondent and as such, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed .
