Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed for direction to respondents-3 & 4 to join the petitioner on the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Math) in Kasturba Kanya Uchchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Saakhwaniya, District Kushinagar in pursuance of his appointment letter dated 12.11.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner joined the said college on 7.4.2022 and as such, the relief claimed in the writ petition has been fulfilled.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
